Hey, this is Lisa B from The Real Estate club. Now, there are lots of reasons why you need to check out iD4me, especially if you’re a female in real estate or an employer with female employees. Now, let me explain what iD4me is. It’s a service where people consent to have their data shared. For example, when you make a purchase like Hello Fresh and tick the box allowing your information to be sold or passed on to other companies, iD4me collects that data. They gather people’s names, telephone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, ABN numbers, and more. 

I love this program for the safety reasons as well as the business perspective. 

For instance, if a buyer expresses interest in purchasing a rental property, you can use RP data to find out their name. If it’s a less common name, you can input it into iD4me and locate that person. This way, you can facilitate a sale that would have never existed otherwise, benefiting both the buyer and the seller. iD4me allows you to trace or find people. There’s also a “do not call” register that shows up in red if you shouldn’t contact someone. But remember, all the information is consented to, so it’s incredible what you can find on this platform.

Personally, I like iD4me because it gives me peace of mind and allows me to find potential properties or sellers, such as for sale by owner listings on Marketplace. By entering their phone number, I can discover the property’s location. It helps me know who I’m dealing with and provides valuable intel for feeling secure and making sales that I might not have otherwise had.
