Hi, My name is Lisa B. My journey in real estate began in 1994, and from that moment, I have dedicated my career to mastering both the business of property and the mindset of success. I have owned offices in multiple locations including Wollongong and Mosman in Sydney.
All of that hands-on experience has taught me the challenges of scaling, leadership, team building and systems that underpin high performance in our industry,
I’m an accredited Life Coach and qualified NLP Master Practitioner.
I created The Real Estate Club, an online training platform for real estate professionals committed to building meaningful, profitable and sustainable careers. My background includes university studies in psychology before leaving to absorb myself fully in the self-development world with Tony Robbins. I was involved with his teachings for many, many years, also joining platinum partners, spending years committed to his teachings.
All this drove my commitment to understanding people, property and performance. I also hold a Diploma in Real Estate and have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 30 years, grounding my coaching in real-world experience, not theory alone.
As a 6-time best-selling author, I have written books that span the personal development and real estate fields. My writing draws on decades in the field, combining insights on mindset, strategy and business growth to help both new and experienced agents raise their game.
I have been in business for many years, in many different aspects. I am a big-picture thinker who can assist you with multiple aspects of your business.
