The importance of remaining positive in real estate.
In today’s podcast, Bjorn and I talk about the importance of being nice to people and treating people with respect. In all communications, our ads, our texts, our phone calls.
Now, this might sound obvious, however, we need to remember a few things.
Particularly be careful of the written word. Text messages and written copy do not have the benefit of the context of your tonality.
With so much going on in the world aim to make someone’s day. Whether you make them smile, help them in some way.
Aim to understand what others are going through.
Aim to have empathy for people, even when you don’t know their backstory.
You never know what’s happening in someone else’s world.
